The girls had their last day of school on Wednesday. I can't believe summer is already here!
Here are the girls on their first day of school
in September, on Masie's 4th birthday.

Jason took the girls to school on their last day, and this was the best picture he was able to get. I'll take it! It's better than none. I can't believe how much they've grown up.

All the girls on the last day.
I went up to the school after Darby's nap and hung out with the girls for a while before their splash time, and I was so glad I did that instead of running my usual errands.
Our church had it's 2nd annual church baptism and picnic this morning and it was so fun, despite all the heat. After we had been there maybe 10 minutes Masie fell and busted her lip. I missed the whole thing because I was chatting with a friend, but apparently she had blood all over her face, and it dripped all over her shirt, too. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the whole morning for her, and she did not have a good time at all. She moped around the whole time and asked when she could go home. She finally perked up a little bit when she had a cupcake, but then went back to sulking after that. I wish she had allowed herself to have a better time. The rest of us sure did! I just wish there had been more time to be able to visit with people.
My favorite part by far was the baptisms in the pool. I can never get enough of celebrating with others who are celebrating their new life in Christ. It was especially great seeing parents baptize their own children, something I pray for daily that we will get to do for our girls at a young age. I can't wait for next year's picnic!

I love looking at the pictures and comparing August to now...what a difference in both girls! They both look so much older. Wow.
You look so good in the pics of you by yourself with the girls! No wonder your 3 are so adorable! They've got good genes :)
